Corporate governance is responsible for establishing the structure and processes for managing and overseeing the organization, with the aim of contributing to sustainable economic development and improving business performance. For guidance on ethical matters, it relies on the Ethics Committee.
Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee is a body composed of various members of the Organization. Its primary objective is to assist in the development, coordination, implementation, dissemination, and continuous improvement of the initiatives planned to address ethical issues in ids, with the aim of:
• Dissemination of and compliance with the Code of Ethics among stakeholders.
• Prevention of Collusion Involving Employees.
• Promoting Non-Discrimination Among Employees, Customers, and Suppliers
• Adoption of practices that promote transparency, fairness, and accountability.
