One of the country's leading banks sought to create a digital channel that would minimize operating costs and deploy a server capable of serving millions of new users instead of a physical branch.

SOLUTION / PROJECT

Through an app that allows you to perform common banking transactions from your cell phone. This includes transfers, bill payments, and ATM withdrawals without a card, as well as purchasing phone credit, applying for loans, accessing a calendar, and chatting with a private banker. You can also obtain transaction codes using a mobile token and open a digital account without visiting a branch.

5 million customers (out of the bank's 19 million) interact with digital channels in some way.
